Grupo Albatros. Special operations service of the Argentine Naval Prefecture.
Groupe d'intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale or GIGN. French Gendarmerie Special Forces unit.
Groupe de Commandos Parachutistes. Reconnaissance troop, of the 2ème Régiment Etrangér Parachutiste of the French Foreign Legion. The unit is specialised in a wide range of special forces operations.
Groupe de Sécurité de la Présidence de la République. French Police-Gendarmerie close protection unit (body guard unit) of the French President.
Grup Gerak Khas or GGK. Malaysian Army Special Forces Unit.
Gruppo di Intervento Speciale. Italian Carabinieri Special Forces Unit.
Royal Gurkha Rifles. British elite infantry unit whose members come from Nepal.

Joint Task Force Gold. Special combined Task Force established to provide security and general support for New South Wales Police Service during the Sidney Olympic Summer Games in 2000.
Joint Special Operations Command or JSOC. A component of the U.S. Special Operations Command headquartered at Pope AFB that oversees the employment of DevGroup, SFOD-D, and 160th SOAR.
